I'm in the market for a new battery, a smaller one.

Does anybody know the specs on the stock one so I can buy a comprable one?

According to the 2004 Factory Service Manual, the battery is rated at 525 cold cranking amps (CCA) with a reserve capacity of 90 minutes.

i don't know man, i just know when mine went dead, i went to walmart and got one for like $25 and haven't had a prob since that was like a year and a half ago.

Most places have a book where you can look it up and it will tell you which battery you need. It's not just the cranking amps you have to look at. You need to look at the size of the battery and where the terminals are.
