I bought the pacesetter header for my 2002 sunfire 2.2 OHV, and someone suggested the magnaflow hi-fo cat, and also a resonator to 'tone it down' now i have everything after the new cat will be stock, will it be any louder?

on my 2.4 with the pacesetter header and magnaflow 91035 cat, and stock cat back, the tone was different, but not really louder.

No it shouldn't be any louder but it also won't be any faster either. That stock boat anchor of a muffler will hold you back. As will the 2 inch pipeing. For a temp thing till you can afford getting it all done is fine but if your planning to make this permenent then it won't help performance too much. Not flameing just letting you know its just not worth it to do your exhaust only half way.
