I know that some individuals have successfully installed stock 16 in wheels with a bbk but had to use longer studs and spacers. Has anybody used a big brake kit successfully with after-market 16s on their cav? I'm not a fan of spacers and don't want to order longer studs. I was hoping on going with a 12' upgrade and possibly 16in ssr comps in the future.
Any help is greatly appreciated or if you could send me in the right direction that would be great.
Jeff
Not I. I've got the 13" front rotors so nary a 16" wheel shall fit.
If you can still get in on gravana's GP on slotted rotors, hawk pads, and SS lines you may want to consider that. My brakes work exceptionally well with a similar setup. The only thing that limits my braking is traction from the tires (even after several back to back autocross runs). There would be no fitment problems from that setup
Thanks for the input zach i'll keep that in mind come spring time.
