Daily Driving: all full soft. Keeps it from rattling my teeth loose in my head, and the steering neutral.

Autocross: Rear full stiff, front half-3/4 stiff depending on track conditions. If I need more oversteer, soften the front. Less, stiffen the front.

Not saying that my race settings are ideal, but they seem to work for me, especially in transitions (slalom).

Sleeper style, they don't see it coming that way.

3/4 turn from softest around town in the front and half turn from softest on the rears.

half turn from softest in front daily. rears wont adjust so they are stuck at half way.

on ground controls too.

my last 3rd gen had the same setting for street that Juiced 'n Boost mentioned.
the 2nd gen has a full turn up front and 1/2 turn out back for street, with full stiff in front at the track.

Have you seen the turbo wagon?

13.90 @ 105.46mph
street tires
rough tune

Fronts are 3/4 turn, rear are full soft.

I have oversteer if I set the rears stiffer than the front... so I do that for Autocross.

Myself I belive if you mod it for performance you keep it for performance, Plus I am a Lazy Ass. SO I have it on the stiffest setting minus a 1/4 turn. lol

Full soft all the way around... I'm fragile.

Now that I'm reading this thread- I will probably adjust mine a little bit- Just gotta remove my whole audio setup in the trunk.

For autocross setup, you want to run as soft as you can all the way around. You especially want to opitimize the grip at the front of the vehicle, because this is where most of the cornering force is developed in our cars. So, I always have the fronts set to full soft and the rears set 1/2 to 3/4 to get less understeer. I do not recommend running this setup on the street! Your front suspension will bottom out if lowered. I would recommend about 1/4 front and about 1/2 rear. Street settings should be based on what feels right to you. However, the vehicle wont handle properly if you have the front stiffer than the rear. That will cause even more severe understeer. Our cars are front engined, front wheel drive and that setup is good at producing understeer on its own. There's no need to help it out. Good luck, most of this is trial and error.

That which does not kill you makes you stronger!

When i had mine on my 2k Cav, full stiffness all the way around. Daily driving around town , she handles like a beast .
