With my 20s on and my air ride at my driving ride height (about 4" lower than stock) my camber is wayyyyy off. I was wondering if this was adjustable at all without a camber kit. If so how do I do it? Thanks guys.

Also....when I took my car in to get aligned they said they couldnt align it with the 20s on. If I put my 16s back on (which are only about 2" smaller in diameter) and take it in to get aligned, will it still be in alignment with my 20s on too?
Can somewhere that adjusts alignment also adjust camber? Thanks!

There are ways to change wheels without needing to get an aligment, how.. i'm not sure, but it is possible

the main problem is....
you;re 4 inches lower than stock...
we have macphereson struts.... once you pass 90 degrees of level, you start forcing positive camber....
its adjustable but when you do something that extreme, set aside money for cv joints and camber kits, and or camber plates....
They may not have been able to mount the alignment heads on the 20" wheels, but they could get them on the 16"s.
Buy some camber plates. I just got mine today and can't wait to throw them on!
I'll have a sig someday....................
Nissan for sale drop me a line!
Yeah. Getting camber plates will help. Your tires are the wrong size, so they'll mess stuff up. Save some cash for CV joints, you'll be luck if they last more than 10Kmi.
Basically, the above 3 posts are correct; I don't know what Alex is smoking though. Changing your wheels doesn't (shouldn't) effect camber, caster, toe, or anything in your alignment.
Just have the shop slot your lower mounting hole on the strut. Cheaper than a camper kit and just as effective. There is no need for camber plates unless your trying to correct a large amount of camber-- something like -2.5 deg or so.
cars lowered 4 FOUR inches, usually break that plane....
scrufdogs car was that low for a long while.
and 3rd gens especially.
As long as the shop can bring the camber back to -2 or less he should be fine on the street.
My camber is at about -4 or 5 I am assuming. ITs pretty bad, lol. Anyone have a link to where I can buy a camber plate. Ive never heard of that before. Im kind of a n00b in this department. lol
