So my 01 cavy has some breaking issues... Randomly when I get on the brakes (even if Im not slamming on them) they sometimes "stutter" and dont brake well at all... feels like im not going to stop even when Im only going like 25mphs. I need to get in and check the pads but it seems like something more then simply pads. Could the 18 inch play a part in this problem? Thanks for the help you guys!

would warped rotors constanly suck at braking? Sometimes it brakes fine no problems and other times it just feels like they are slipping or something. Also has anyone switched to the willwoods? and how much does it cost?
