well finally they came in ... my only question is do i hae to remove ther little plastic hose around the spring before installing? and do i have to trim my bumbs like in the instructions....?

No, leave on the clear rubber hose. That is so when the coils compress they dont rub metal on metal.
Yes trim the bump stops just like it says.

ok but how much to trim that peice ?? 1/ 2inch maybe 3/4?? and how many are there? i never looked for the bumb stops .... where are they ?

there should be a sheet of paper that tell you how much to cut on the bump stops ...
