Hi I have a 98 sunfire and I bought the vibrant front strut bar. I installed it but one of the bolts is too short. Its the one that bolts down into the strut tower not the other two with the nuts. Just wondering if anyone else encountered this problem or if my strut bar should have come with new hardware.
Also i have the lower strut bar but I have no idea where its supposed to be installed, is it underneath the car?
just go to your local hardware store and buy a new bolt.

Normal, eh... not really; but it happens. Best length is gonna be 1/2" longer than the one you have now. Unless it's really too short (shouldn't be), then go 1" longer. Get the highest grade available.
