what is the correct way to bolting on a strut bar? is it just that easy?? or is there more to it thanks
1) remove 3 bolts from each strut tower
2) place strut bar on top of tower
3) if tired, grab a beer
4) put bolts back on
5) grab another beer.
drinking the beer will probably take more time to do than the install
dotn overtighten but if you want to know the torque specs its 18ft/lbs

If you don't have a torque wrench, you should seriously consider getting one.
Every other month Sears has the these three on sale; and even $75 (each) isn't a bad price:
3/8 10-75 ft.lbs <--Most usefull
3/8 25-250 in.lbs (about 2-21 ft.lbs)
1/2 20-150 ft.lbs
Or you can always rent one if you're not planning on working on your car that much.
Torque is especially important here because those nuts are extremely easy to strip. 18 ft-lbs is nothing you can't easily go past with a 1/4" wratchet.
ok thanks guys ill buy so tools i forgot, beer and some more beer the 5 hour strut bar job
