Well I have had the easystreet front struts for about 4-5 months now and today I pulled up to a stop light and the front drivers side dropped so I was like no biggie I blew an air line so I pulled into a parking lot and checked it out to find out that it wasn't a line. The top of the strut where the nut threads onto snapped off and the bag fell out of place. The bag is still fine though. Has this happend to anyone else at all? If you read this Jason let me know what I should do

Definately get in contact with EasyStreet asap... Very weird, and hopefully nothing too bad happened so it can be an easy fix. Never heard of it before...

Alright will do. Thanks alot for the help. I just wish I knew why it did this. It never made any weird noises or anything. Just stopped at the lights not very hard at all and then next thing I knew it dropped down and I couldn't raise it back up. I just know its a bitch to move around when you can't raise it up.

I snapped one in that same spot. But when I did it I was trying to get a nut off. Get it. get a nut off. Hardy har har.

ANyway. THe shaft snapped before the nut came loose.

Yup Happened to me. I did it getting a nut off too. Had to have it replaced. The nut stripped cause the mount is a crappy design.

yea there have been some issues w/ that nylon nut that goes on top of the strut.

I talked to Jim today and man was he great to talk to. He helped me right. He got straight down to the point and that was it. I would love to deal with him anytime again. Hopefully I won't have to though
