No, it won't lower your car. Your vehicle being lower is due to your springs, not your struts or shocks. Your struts and shocks are there to support whatever springs you have and to support whatever height your springs are designed for, whether they are stock or aftermarket.

Of course stock shocks & struts are only designed for stock springs but the Koni Yellows are also designed to be stock replacements and will absorb much better than your stock shocks and struts did. Also, you can adjust it to how stiff you want them to be. Right now it sounds like your struts and shocks are blown or just in bad shape so this type of upgrade sounds good.

Go for it...good luck.

I would never refer to Koni Yellows as "stock replacements". They're definitely a huge upgrade.

James: Can you explain your issues in a bit more detail? If your car is bouncing, then this will solve that. You'll be able to dial in whatever amount of rebound you want.

If bumps are hitting really harshly though, then that's the realm of proper springs and bump stops so the Koni's won't solve that.

What do you have now for springs and bump stops?

Wild Weasel, your correct....that was the wrong wording but you somewhat understand what I meant.

Stop replacements would be something like KYB GR-2s.
