i have: stock z24 suspension
friend has: koni suspension kit already (yellows and koni springs)
both of these are already installed on our cars and are going to trade them. ie...me getting the konis and him stock.
anyways the question is, can i just remove the entire strut and spring together or do i have to compress the strut at all? meaning can i take the strut and spring off in one piece and swap it to the other car? or do i have to take a bunch of stuff apart?

yeah....
If the konis are already assembled, there is no need to take them apart...
Just unbolt the struts and swap.
