how much am i looking to spend to get my air ride kit in? professionally? with a garantee

I never could find a company that would gauruntee there work on an air ride install

dont waste the money its not hard at all. there is a place by me that does nothing but bags and hydros. their pretty expensive. just think any shop would charge like 50-70 bucks an hour. it took me 14 hours to install mine. you do the math.

Do it your self. It is not hard, its fun, and more satisfaction!

Shops charge for custom fabrication and 4 link stuff.. this is bolt on. If you can install a sound system, an intake and know how to tighten fittings, you should be good to go... it takes time, but you have to spread it over a weekend or even a few weeks.

You shouldn't worry so much about the shop installing it because if something breaks, you have to send it in for warranty in either case. If you are worried you will do a hack job and not hide the wires or tighten the fittings enough, then air ride is probably not for you. If something does go wrong, it is nice to know how everything fits together so you can fix the problem on the spot yourself.

Oh and I was quoted $3,500.00 + tax for installation / guarantee... thats Canadian funds, so that would be approx: $2,800USD + tax. If you have the money, go for it.

^^ damn thats crazy! if you get the easystreet kit its really simple. this is what i did. set up the struts and had them all together so i could just swap in and bolt down. then i did the tank. pressure tested the tank and all for a few nights to make sure it doesnt leak. once it was good to go then all i had to do was drop in the struts, mount the tank, run the lines and wire. all the mounting and wiring can be done in one day
