Extra weight in rear, what should I do about springs?

Adding 3-400 lbs in the rear, just wondering what kind of things I should do for the coils. Not looking to spend alot. Are there any stiffer springs that will fit such as springs from an s10, something from a junk yard? Also I have been looking at the spring spacers found here:Spring Spacers but i'm not sure if I should get the adjustable spring spacers, or something like these rubber spacers Link to rubber spacers

if you're adding the weight permanently, i would get upgraded adjustable struts, start at full soft and adjust them more firm until the back doesn't bounce anymore. Konis Dspecs or AGXs - your back will thank you.

Yeah the weights permanent, two 18s in a wall, batts, amps, and a box. The car already rides like crap so ride quality is not an issue, just looking for the best cheaper option to prevent my car from scraping and such

If youre walling it the weight wouldnt necessarily just be in the rear. It would probably be closer to center so you might wanna consider the front also.

And start a thread in Audio if you actually do the build.

You might want to see if you can find a part# for the springs that came on the CNG-equipped Cavs. That gas tank in my trunk must weigh at least 3-400 lbs.
