was in an accident [hood flew up on me], im missing a front bumper,
half the car is sanded down, and in brown and green primer, and 03 LSS rear bumper
is gheto mounted, and kinda falling off. i would prolly get kicked off the org if anyone sees my car!!!

I posted pics of my beat ass 2nd Gen. Noone cares unless you riced it out or are trying to pass some junk off as a show car.

well....it does have a fart cannon on it......i think it looks clean with the can and actually sounds good tho!
to me it doesnt look really rice... but what does look like rice is my after market chrome hubcaps....which i painted the
spokes black, and left the edge/lip chrome......but all the paints falling off....caz i didnt sand the chrome before i painted!
but on with the crappy cell phone pics....

looks even gayer than the rear! hahahahaha. but since i got the day off...i will take some pics,

It is my beater. But I can't stand seeing it in such condition. The paint is in bad shape too, I'm debating whether to repaint it....

Nice upgrade. It will look good once you get all the bodywork/paint taken care of. I think the end results could turn out really nice with what you have planned like in the sig, something different for sure.

well its my only car, and i dont have money to buy a new one.
nor do i want to. another reason to keep it would be all the audio i did to it.
the reason the body looks as it does, is..
the hood flipped up on me while driving, the rear bumper
does not fit correctly, because i did not know the l brakets
that hold it on differ from 2000 to 2005.... there is no front bumper on it
as of now, beacuse i broke the fender well on one side, and lost the other one somehow.
and the old bumper was so rusted out i had to hack saw off the old bolts....so now i have to find someone
with a powerfull enuff drill to drill these out, because the head it sawed off....so no real way to mount it as of yet.
and all the diff colored primer was from sand blasting....just got done with that a lil bit ago, and had to cover the bare metal with something....
the hood actually went up after i did all the body work, which really sucked....because now i basically have to do it all again.
NOW the reason for buying suspension for my car....
the passenger side front strut was blown from hitting a pot hole this winter.
also for $300 you cant go wrong...bought em off a org member...only had 15,000 on them...
so i mean for the price, y wouldnt i get these?

when i started to spend money on this car...it was in brand new condition.
so y would i spend money on a nice car? y not? ...i spent the money, and then accident happened...
and now im spending even more moeny to fix the accident. im not really seeing a problem...i got an insurance check
to fix the damage.
is it your car? no.....so please dont tell me how to spend my money on it....i know i "obviously need to fix the car up"
but a bigger priority than the body of my car is fixing something mechanical.....i.e. my suspension....which is a large part of the cars everything....drivability....ride comfort...handling...and ven braking....i think that might just be maybe a little bit more important than my cars paint and body!

i didnt slam your car. alls i am saying is that you should fix it up before spending money on mods. yes.. you need to get it safe to drive but that doesnt mean spending $800 on aftermarket stuff. if you actually spent $300 then great, my argument is mute.
you could easily have spent $100 and got low mileage stock parts from a junk yard.

i understand they are throwing some advice that may actually be good, butit not there car, maybe i didnt wanna do it as they sugested.

i see the point of stockers for cheaper...but come on, 1.5ish lower, better handling, looks better, and rides way more comfortable than my stock ever was! and its ajustable! only for $300 and they were like new! ...it was a deal i couldnt pass up....and after i get my bodykit on and paint...y would i wanna be rollin around on stock struts anyways??? so then i would have missed this deal on 300 of lowering...would buy stocks for 100, then get the car repainted, and then spend 800 to buy new ones because i missed the ^^above deal!!! so i figured i better jump on this, while i can!

and cant really get into high RPM;s in rain...
anything above 3.5k, and im sputtering to where she sounds like ses gonna die.
so i try to keep it at 2.5k or below, crusing is around 1.5-2k. from a stop try to keep it, as said
under 2.5k! but yeah...thats my car!
i would get goin on body work as stated by others asap,also lose the hubcaps,the steelies look better than those things,don't feel bad i'm still rollin on steelies too!lol,keep it up though the drop looks nice

im waiting for my body shop to weld me in a new section on my 1/4 panel....
then i can mold in my 05 LS Sport side skirts, and the body shop has my new front fenders, and new hood.
my trunk still needs a 02 LS Sport spoiler, and i need the 05 style L brackets to hole the rear bumper on correctly!
i alos need to hit up the junk yard, and get the whole front piece of the fender liners, and the continuation thing thet bolts to the bumper and bottom af the rad! as for the hubcaps...i know....they ussually are off...but my dad needed me to clean out the garage of EVERYTHING, including all my bumpers, side skirts, my old springs...hubcaps....so i threw the hubcaps back on for the time being.
hubcaps actually looked nice at night, when they were not all chipped up!
they really looked like rims....but durring the day, obviously you could tell!

yeah.....still no good on the hub caps.lol.as far as the neons i think alot of people here or even other places would call that ricer but honestly i love neons,and i fully plan on puttin an underglow on mine eventually.to each their own.

well, i figured, if the car looks like crap, im not keeping the neons on it.
and some of the LED's were burnt out...
so i have a new replacement set i got for free.
but i changed my mind....i dont wanna put the 7 color kit back on it when i finish my car,
i wanna go for the StreetGlow 3 million color kit!
