I just took my d-specs out of the box to check the adjustment works smoothly. When I removed the shipping strap from the rear struts one of the shafts moved up way slower than the other. It does extend fully eventually but takes over a minute. They are all adjusted the same to full hard. Is this a problem with the strut and do I need to return it? Please help me out I need to get these installed asap my factory spring snaped in half.

What did you do to fix it, or was it just something that wasnt messed up?
