have you checked for leaks around lines, valves etc? i had my valve get stuck open slightly but it was filling up. affter i dumped, raised, and dumped again it got unstuck. try doing that or check for leaks. Good luck

I NEED a 97-99 LD9 engine harness for an auto.PM if u hav info.!!

i had that happen and it was just a bad black box (solenoid?) on top of the valve causing the problem. i pulled it off and threw another one on there and it worked just fine. its likely either that or the valve itself is sticking as said.

this is all assuming that it was working fine previously and this is a new thing, if you just installed your kit then i would first start by checking leaks.

it could be debris in the valve. you can easily take it apart and clean the rubber seal. i use to do it all the time to insure i never had a problem. clean both fill and dump valves for that corner. simply pop the cap off the post that hold on the black box and then use a wrench or socket to remove the post. be careful though, once you have the post loose, once you take it out, watch the bottom of it so it doesnt slide out and you loose the spring or rubber O ring. then remove the little bolts in each corner of the valve. once thats off you can pop the top cover off the valve and the rubber seal is there. pop it out and clean it with a q-tip using warm water. let it dry completely then put it back in. it may not look dirty but the littliest bit of dirt can cause problems.

I had this happen as well it was the switch box I had it wired to the rear left kept dropping air out of due to a faulty toggle switch. Unaware of what type of controller/setup you are running.
