Easy street digital transducers... Not reading.

If anyone has come across this problem.. I'm looking for a solution.

So I started up my car a couple of days ago.. to find that my rear left/right transducers weren't reading anything at all. ( 0 Psi )

I flipped them around so they would read the front, and no luck.

I can activate the valves no problem to drive around.

I went through the start up tune again... and the rears wouldnt activate.

I looked around the easystreet ECU for any fried parts.. but everything looked good.

help I'm stuck!...

I'll be calling them and emailing them for troubleshooting.. probably tuesday, but any help before them would be great.

Matt

Here's a recent email I sent to them.... a little bit more detail.

Hi,

I recently installed my digital air management kit and I'm having some issues running a "tune" set up

I allow my tank to reach 175psi... and I'm at 0 psi at all 4 points. I activate the tune...I hear a clicking noise from my valves... then my digital display turns off and re-boots..

I've actually had this happen to me while I'm driving... I hit the "ride" button... then the display shuts down but stays off, and I have to disconnect the remote 5amp fuse to reboot the controller.

I've had the kit running without any problems for about 2 weeks, and the only change I've done was put an inline air restricter, added another relay for a second compressor and re-arrange my set up (which I had to disconnect the ECU).

Also currently my rear transducers are reading 0psi...even when air is in the bags... and I'm assuming thats because I haven't ran a "re-tune"?

any ideas? or what I should try next?

Matt

when i first got mine that happen to me .. the rears would not rear anything .. but they both had air in them, so what i did was disconnect everything pluged everything back in and ran the tune 4 times then finally it work for me

I received a reply from a technician today... and I'm going to give it a try tonight.

If anyone else searches this problem, hopefully this can help them out... I'll post a follow up if it works. Sounds like its my in-line air restricters are the problem

Matt,

To retune your system you will need to make sure your air line restrictor is all the way open or take it out of the system. You can put it back in place once the system has been tuned, you cannot have any restrictions in the lines or exhaust valves while the system is tuning.

How do you have the relays wired for the second compressor? I have attached a diagram on how to wire two relays when running dual compressors. Also what do you have the main power wire and the accessory wires running to?

I would remove your in-line restrictor and unhook all power to the ECU for at least 30 minutes to allow the system to reset itself. Then retune the system, after tuning is complete you can put your restrictor back in place and everything should be fine. If you have any further questions or issues please feel free to contact me.

might as well post up the wiring diagram they sent you too.

But what he says makes sence if it is supposed to calibrate or tune on an unrestricted system.
