I'm thinking of repainting my calipers and mixing some pearl into the can before applying. Do you think it will hold up like normal? I think it would be badass to do color matched pearl white calipers.
I am considering buying a bag of gold or silver pearl from here:
Pearls
how are you gonna get the powder pearl into a duplicolor can?
but anyways...i was thinking of doing mine marble also
^^there's a brush on version of caliper paint rather than rattlecanning it.
duplicolor paint is not thick at all, its actually really thin and runny already. i dont think u should have a problem. foliatec and g2 paints are thick.

I must have got an odd batch then... when I did the calipers on my old car with that stuff it was quite thick <shrugs>
I will be using the kind that comes in the paint can with the brush, not the rattle can. I currently have the yellow Duplicolor caliper paint and it gets really thick. Maybe after what Kardain said, I might thin it out some before adding the pearl power into the paint. It should come out pretty nice. I am currently looking at the g2 white.
maybe the black is just a color that is normally water thin? i duno.
