rear strut tower bar

did a search didnt see what I was looking for...

to put a rear one on the 03 4dr,

1. do I have to remove the carpet junk on the sides?

2. Can I keep the seats up?

3. Does all the plastic junk along the edge of the seat backs still fit?

4. Is that something I can do alone? Id say my car knowledge is slightly above average, but Im no expert and Ive never done anything like this before

5. any tips or hints that I should know before attempting this?

Thanx for your help

install of a rear strut bar is easy. all you need is a wrench. it only goes one way

do strut bars actually do anything?
How do they work? I have a Front upper, and I thought I felt a difference cornering when I first got it, but idk if it was all in my head or what
