i thought the way a cavalier was set up that you dont really need one. ive only lowered my car about 1 1/2 in. was wondering would something else be wrong. i just replaced my wheel bearing and hub also.? will an alignment fix it?
btw the driver side lokos ok, its the passenger side in which i just changed the hub and bearing the is bottom toed out a little. so thats why i am wondering if the alignment can fix it. its lowered on tien basics.
My first thought is that these cars don't really need an excuse to go through wheel bearings. My '97 Cavy with 140,000 kms has had both front bearings replaced in the past couple of years, about 20,000 kms apart. It has always been at stock height.
I'm not saying it is unrelated in your case, but it could easily be coincidence. For poor alignment, I'd look for uneven tire wear patterns, or "wandering" while driving.

no camber kit required for these cars. GM designed the strut to sit basically straight up and down so your lowering doesn't effect camber. alignment will get it tracking straight.
