not to sound cheap i dont care to spend over $300 looking 4 something between 150 to 250... i would love to buy coils just cant afford them

then dont lower your car. do it right or dont do it. 250 is going to be the cost for good springs alone. good coils cost 400. you cheaped out twice and look what happened. that money you spent to do it twice, im sure you could of saved and put towards a good suspension

well first of all i need to do this quick cause im preety sure im going to break my struts within the next month or so and i just need some springs that will give me a nice drop but still be used as a daily driver with out scraching every where i go . just need to know what yall have used?

you cant drop on stock struts or they WILL blow. in order to do it right y ou need springs or coils AND good shocks like KYB AGX's. KYB AGX+eibach pro kit will get you 1.4 inches all the way around and will cost 600 from Aplus performance. i beileive thats the cheapest and best route to take at this point.

and im telling you what to use but you dont want to spend the money. what do use want us to say? that you can lower on cheap coils and stock struts? you can do whatever you want suspension wise but its not always the right choice and by the looks of it you found out the hard way twice. if you want to keep doing it then thats on you.

a 600 kit sounds good i might just do that hope i dont f@#$ my sh*& up before....can i buy my springs first and run them on stocks untill i buy struts i know it will still run rough but as long as the car dosnt slam to the ground every time i hit a bump i'll be happy and i wont worry to much....

why not just wait? figure your going to put spring on stock struts then you have to pay for an alignment then when the struts come in you have to take time out again to redo your suspesion and then pay for another alignment. it would be better to just wait and do it all at once

i dont have springs right now i use to have some hand me down ebay springs and hated them with a passion but the ride was still ok it was just to low i'm talking mabey 2 inches off the ground from the frount then i got the POS coils only because i didnt want to be so low but the spring rate sucks really bad every time u hit a small bump the spring coils in and every thing hits.....thats y i say can i throw some springs in then about a mounth later get the struts i dont want to cheap out but i dont have time to save for a full spring and strut kit

Um, listen to youself. You are giving yourself great advise. Don't cheap out. You've done it twice already. Do yourself a favor and save up a little longer. Is it so important that it has to be done right now? No it isn't. If you rush into it again, you will be in the same predicament in the future!

ok and thats what im saying. your going to put the springs on then you have to pay for an alignment when your done. then you are going to get a full kit then you have to take time out again to redo the suspension and then pay for an alignment again. your going to be doing things twice. i would just save up til you can get the kit, put it on and be done with it.

how low would my car be if i use sportline's on my drift kit is that to low dose any one know

1.7 inches lower in the front, and 2.3 inches lower in the rear.

It's gonna be low.

But definitely do it right this time. You'd be better off going to stock for a while until you can afford a good quality suspension set up.

its very low and if you are an inexpereinced to the world of being lowered with a kit, then i can bet that kit is going to get beat up. no offense to you but driving a lowered car that low w/ a kit is a whole different way of driving. hell the drift kit alone w/o a drop is low. i had it when i had my coils and w/ them raised all the way up i still scraped

thanx but i'm not new to it at all like i said before i've been about 2in to 3in off the ground for awhile...anyways yeah the reason i ask is because my cavy hasn't sat on its stock springs for over a year so u kinda forget how high the stock height was. so i was thinking the pro-kit might work 1.4 front and back any of you'll used that on there cavy with a drift...
