they slide inthe coils to reduce the already sagging coils.....no they are bad, if your coils are sagging get new springs

My car may run 18s, but I can do your taxes in 10 seconds flat.
JBO lube - they would never have enough in stock and we'd never see RodimusPrime again

I see. Well, I don't have an answer for you. Never used them - obviously - but then I'm not sure why you would. The idea is typically to lower your car and well, those are just counterproductive in that respect.

Why do you want to give your car a bit of a lift? If the springs are sagging, then they should be replaced. The only reason I can think of that you might want these is if you always carry a couple adults in the back and bottom out all the time or something. These would just keep the car from riding so low.

If you explain why you want them, I'm sure we can provide a better solution.

my buddy has somethign like that for his GTO. Witht he drag radials on the rear the car squats hard enough to push the tires intht the lip on the rear 1/4 panles and it slices up the tires, so when hes at the track he puts those on with the drag radials and it keeps the car for squating the body onto the tires on hard launches. Very cheap logical solution to his problem but I dought thats the same situations as you.
