Does anyone know if tom motorsport coilovers for the 95-99 cavy are decent? My friend has a set that he is willing to give me but i don't wanna just slap em on if theyre Garbage. Thanks .
garbage plus you shouldnt put coilovers on stock struts anyway
ok thanks. so im assuming then that the first step to improving suspension would be struts? and then springs? Thanks fo the help.
first step is to read the faqs at the top. its very helpful to anyone that is new to suspensions. struts are needed when upgrading to any springs or coilovers
you need to match your struts and your springs. ive never lowered a car before, but just from reading up on here, ive come across that. the others will give you more info. or search for products that others have used before
Injection is nice but id rather be BLOWN!
ya i read most of the stickies. Ive been a JBO mbr for a few mths now and never posted cuz all i used to do was read to try and learn. I guess ill just ahve to wait to save up money and but sum good struts.
yea and make sure you match the right struts to the right spring or coilovers. some struts are only good for 1.5" and some are good for no drop. make sure you know how low your going and what your struts are capable of
