I already have the Prothane upper and lower motor mount. Would I be able to feel a difference if I bought the transmission ones? My car does have significatly more TQ and HP since it is supercharged now. Will this help my 60ft time any?

If you have slicks and a good suspension setup already, yes these will help. Otherwise I'd worry about bigger stuff first.
lol ya all of my mounts actually hurt my 60fts. I need to find the time to install my control arm bushings now. But they are nice and will eventually complete your setup.

Does the subframe brace RK Sport sells help reduce wheel hop? They claim it does. Will I be able to feel a difference in the way it drives afterwards?

The control arm bushings are supposed to help eliminate wheel hop. I will let you once my go on hopefully this weekend. Any sort of brace would probably help and you may need to start on the suspension. Stiffen up rear.

Contact KEN 5.7 about a Sub-frame brace, his is just as effective.
I thought it was ken 2.2 I would need to talk to. Anyway I already bought one used. I bought some other stuff with it so I think i got a good deal.

If you get ALL the Prothane mounts and bushings you will love how the car comes off the line. I have EVERY rubber bushing replaced by urethane except the ones for the rear axle beam. Car definately hits harder on the line with them all.

I used to race cars, now I race myself.

I had the poly engine mounts (Upper insert and lower dogbone) for a while before I did the tranny. I also had the control arms on poly for a while before I did the tranny. I honestly couldn't tell much difference between the rubber and the poly with everything else already on there, but they certainly didn't hurt and weren't a bad install.
Compared to all rubber vs. all poly: All poly drives much better, but you will hear the engine more in the passenger compartment (at least I do, especially around the 3k rpm mark -- Supercharged LD9)
