This is true
I start driving normally, and after 10 miles or so, the car brakes itself. Not enough for a total brake, but speed decreases. Minites later, if I make a total stop, it is difficult to start moving again.
There is no smoke, odor, or loss of braking power.
Any ideas?

Front or Rear? Do you have TC? Have you tried disabling TC if you have it? Pull the ABS fuse, still happen?
