Adjusting rear KYB AGX shocks?
Wednesday, August 16, 2006 5:29 PM
Recently i had KYB AGXs installed on my car. I am looking at them and now i have no idea at how to adjust them. All i see is the threaded end with a red dot and a washer. Any insight would be helpful.

Umm, there is a big black dial toward the bottom. Turn it.

Alright i freely admit that i am a dumbass for not knowing that. The reasoning for this retarded question was that i had them installed (technically it was a suprise) and as such i had no idea as to where the dial was located. Without directions or whatnot i turned to the .org. Thank you very much koenigsegg, I really appreciate it.

Well that's understandable then. I too thought you were a dumbass for asking but after hearing that they were a suprise, then I guess its an easy thing to miss.

Make sure you leave them on 1 for around 500 miles to sort of break them in. I have mine on 2 in the front and 3 in the rear now. Going to change the rear to 4 once my Eibach Pro-kit comes in. Also, don't lower more then 1.5" because that will void the warranty.

^That's set on 1 for 100 miles to break in. Try to take it easy on any potholes and stuff as well, no "trying them out" if you want the most life out of them.
