The Check valves go in between the tank and the valve (do you know how they work??). I dont use them on my daily but I would recomend them to anyone from past experience. I would use them if I had a body kit for leak down purposes.

there not bad to have as they will help hold the air if you have a leak. i dont have them on my car
Only thing what was holding me back about air is my kit, anyone ever set it up so it wll NOT ever hit the kit somehow?
The only thing I would do is build some kind of stopper under the car so it can only go so low. (like a metal frame)

if you seal all the fittings right then you wont have a problem
if your leader hoses from your compressors do not have them built in, you should use one to hold the pressure in the tank.
