Since I just did all the rear suspension I had to redo the fronts to match. I was able to sell my old Koni single adjustable and Eibachs.
First some background: In order to use the Koni double adjsutable race dampers they need to be held in with a retaining nut, unlike the single adjustables which are bolted in thru the bottom of the strut tube if you were unaware. In speaking with the race tech at Koni we figured my best choice to get a strut tube that used a retaining nut would be the early W body cars. So I bought a used set of W body struts and cut them up.... saving only the top 2".
Here is a shot of the W body struts cut up
I then had to remove the factory spring perch from the J strut tube, gut the stock guts, and trim them down about 1.75". Here you can see that the threads on the w body strut tube start about 1/2" down. I had to trim the very tip down, as the Koni retaining nuts are not very "tall".
I then created a nice V groove on both halves and welded them together then smoothed them out.
They were then powdercoated as close to the Koni yellow as the shop I used had.
I sourced coilover sleeves and adjustement nuts from Ground Control and camber plates from T3, which were modified slightly to fit the J body bolt pattern (they were originally made for a Nissan).
Here are two shots of the completed assembly. You can see the Koni retaining nuts in the second picture.
And finally the EIbach race springs (300lb/in 10" free length) installed and the full assembly mounted to the car.
Hopefully I will get to try them out in a few weeks.

Awesome setup.
Nice use of the Wilwood caliper.
Those are gorgeous!
15.3 @ 89.97mph, 14's on the way?
what strut mounts are they?
The camber plates are from here

They modified them so that they would fit the J body shock tower holes. These WILL work on third gends as well.
