Like the edges right? I'm talking about the edges not where the pad hits the surface.

No rust even after sitting in storage all winter in my heated garage. I have had no problems with warping.

Anybody recommend pads for these rotors? I just picked up a pair for my sunfire, and am not sure what pads to use for best proformance.

haha, you pluggin your pads? or are those standards?

by the way I did read the brake faq... awsome faq, but it didn't recommend pads (that I saw... just what effects of the pads you choose)

If I am not mistaken, usually performance rotors such as these come with a Zinc coating that will prevent rust. Keep in mind, stock rotors or "cheaper" rotors do not have this coating; therefore, they tend to rust

The metal hasn't rusted, but with hard braking there is a shimmy. Thankfully my dad had the right lathe to turn them a bit.
Stopping is awesome esp withthe hawk pads woot!
