Im stock between Ground controls and Koni Yellows and Ground Controls And Tokico D spec....who has either one of these setups......i search members but mot people have springs not coilovers....any one? thanks

well either will do. i prefer konis since i had the reds before. its up to you though. just remember that the koni fronts are only inserts so you need to cut your front struts right above the knuckle and insert the koni into the oem lower half.
the d-specs are full replacements
d-specs arent warrantied beyond 1.5" i dont think so i would go with koni's
D-Specs are warrantied up to reasonalbe limits, the same as Koni, and it's ususally around 2" drop. GCs with reasonable spring rates will be fine on them.
