GM Part Number for Front and Rear Strut Mounts

I'm going to need to replace these with the new GC/Koni setup and was wondering the exact part numbers are for the rears and fronts. Pre- '00 for the fronts and I don't think that the rears matter..........

Rears are the same. But why do you want to get the dealer ones? They'll be very expensive.

I was thinking of getting them through GM Parts Direct ? Or should I look somewhere else?

not to be a ass , but in the time you waited for part #'s here

you could have called the dealer and gotten the #'s

with as new as your car is , id just re-use the original mounts

i reused the 1's on my 00 and it had over 80,000 when i first lowered my cav , and 100,000 miles before i changed the mounts , when i added the gravana coil overs

I didn't want to use the original mounts in the back cause I need to drill the holes bigger for the Koni's. I wanted to just get them all put together so I can just swap the suspension in right away. Usually when I call the dealerships around here they don't know their head from a hole in the ground...........

Yeah, the dealerships around here are the same way, and they wont give you part number (unless you read it off the part AFTER you bought it).

Took me 5 minutes looking around that website to find them:
Front: 22173158 Rear: 22178213

here is a hint when you call the dealer for part #'s

ask them for the part # , and let them know that you will be down in a couple days after you get paid to order the parts

and you want the part # to save them time when you come in to order them

also the front mounts do not come complete from GM , you will need more parts

the rears are 1 piece so they are complete

Yeah.. That part number is the bearing plate (what normall breaks). There's also a seperate bearing and spring seat.

My local places flat out refuse to tell anyone part numbers. They'll sell it to you, and you can read it off the box. But they will not tell you it.

ive always found it good to atleast make it sound like your coming in to order the parts

and i did forget to mention get their name too , because most do get comissions on their sales
