Okay im going to be replacing inner and out tie rods, and the ball joints while im at it tomorrow. I have the Chiltons handbook but was wondering if anyone here can tell me the difficulty of this project? Any advice?

outer - easy....

inner, more tedious, but use the inner tie rod tool. you have to rent one if not buy one.

not sure if its brand specific, but it might be a universal deal.

more or less if you work at a shop, i am sure they can get the tool.

Outer is real easy, but you need an alignment afterwards regardless.
