thoughts and opinions on RK Prostreets

Alright, did a little searching. I seen where some ppl stated having problems with the RK Prostreets clicking. Other than that is there any major minuses or pluses for the setup? i won't be driving around with the car slammed. The only time it will be lowered is when I'm at shows or at the track with the car. Thanks in advance.

Search harder next time: Link to a discussion 2 weeks ago.

I've never head of a clicking problem, unless you're referring to the adjustment threads.

never heard one click unless it was abused really.

they are REALLY good as long as you dont abuse em.... most so far on other cars i have seen, were abused...badly.

from a performance perspective.....decent. just not adjustable.

if I'm not mistaken, you can get TEIN super streets for the same price, and their adjustable!

I've had mine for about two years now, driving it slammed all the time pretty much. For the first time, 4 weeks ago, I raised the car an inch and the ride is surprisingly better/civil at about 2.5' drop over all compared to 3.5' before. So for me it made a noticeable difference

I do have a problem with it however and it's a "thumping sound” from the back (more so on the right) that RK knows about and says that it goes away when the helper springs are switched places with the main ones. It happens when I go over some bumps. Can't really figure out what it is, sounds like the springs hitting the mounts in a weird way.
