are you running this on a turbo car??? if so, dont do it. nitrous and boost is a bad idea. yes ive seen it done, but it takes extensive tuning and is a very unforgiving setup. if one thing is slightly off, your dishing pistons and hammering out bearings.

if you mean running it on a 2.0l na, i wouldnt run more than a 50hp shot. a general rule of thumb is not to exceed 35% of your engines output. a 2.0l makes 110hp, so thats about 45%. still high, but shouldnt cause an problems if you take some timing out of it. even with forged pistons and stainless valves, you dont want to run much more.

i have a 95 cavalier and got a Zex dry kit for it. i was running a 30 shot and could hardly tell when i would hit it so i put a 50 in it and pow tap tap tap tap. Ended up taking out 2 valves and one plug. looked like someone took a cutting tourch to them! I was running all stock internals and i didnt retard the timing like EVERYONE told me to. so i guess it was my stupid fault. but when you get it on and going dont hold the button for more than 5 seconds with the 50 shot in.
