i have a fuel leak at my fuel rail, and i was wondering how hard it would be to take off my throttle body and fuel rail and replace all the o-rings.

funny i've taken apart the fuel rail on my 2.8 MANY MANY MANY times..
is this for a 2.8/3.1 or one of the 4cylinders?
the 2.8/3.1 you have to pull the whole top plenum off to get to the fuel rail
the 4cylinder models no clue

Yup, engine type would be good. The fuel rail isn't removeable on the 2.2, but all the injector O rings are, as well as the inlet line and FPR.
the engine size is a 2.2L
Its not difficult at all. Here is a pic of the lower intake manifold-
The upper IM simply unbolts from the lower IM and lifts off. Make sure you replace the gasket (unless its still good, but I doubt it). Its available from any parts store for cheap. If you don't replace it, you'll have unmetered air going into the IM. Keep in mind I have braided fuel lines, so the little blue thing on the left won't be there on yours, its just a hard bent line going in with a bolt retainer. The black thing on top unbolts and all the injectors pop right out. The FPR is removeable without removing the injector hold down. I'm not sure where your leak is, so I can't give you any more info.
Can you tell where the fuel is leaking from? Is it around the injectors or where? My 2.2 leaked around the injectors. I replaced the O rings 3 or 4 times and it still leaked. I had to eventually replace all the injectors to get it to quit leaking.
