I port and polish heads.

Set of V6 heads: 650$ Canadian$ for fully ported heads, reshaped combustion chamber, oil drainback holes modified, 3 angle valve job, heads resurfaced, fully cleaned.

4cyl head: $550 same mods.

shipping charges are extra to and from, if a head is supplied a core charge is added on if no core to replace.

www.xe.com for currency conversions for US$ amount.

Other mods can be done such as upgraded springs and valves.

Sorry, No core charge if you supply and send your head(s) in, If I have to supply head(s) there will be a core charge, if you send back a set of heads obviously you would get this cost back.

Shipping price? Depends on where you are, I'm in Winnipeg Manitoba Canada, Roughly I'd say 50-60$ USD to ship to and from. Thats a guestimate, Shipping prices have likely gone up (gas prices have changed drastically since the last time I've had to ship anything to the US)

I port and polish heads myself as well. I strip them down to the valve guides and have a local machine shop remove those for me. They only charge $30. While polishing the combustion chamber, make sure you set valves inside the head so you don't touch the mating surface at all. Standard abrasive has a very nice head porting kit on the market, but there are a few dremel bits that I buy every time I want to port a head. If you do it this way, make sure you have a fle shaft so you can get in far enough. Polishing can be tricky to get perfect so you may want to practice on a head that you don't need first. deffinately polish the exhaust side. The intake side is arguable. Some people leave it rough to promote better fuel atomization, I personally like to leave a polished finish for the best flow possible.
On a similar topic, look up extrude honing if flow work is something that interests you.

I will post some pictures of heads I've done later.
