My cousin has a 88 or 89 Z24 with the 2.8 and he's putting the 3.1 in out of a tempest, but the one car has guages and the other has an idiot light for the temperature and the oil. So he wants to take the sensors from the 2.8 and put them on the 3.1 so the guages will work properly. My question is, were are the temperature sensor and oil sensor? I've never torn into a v6 before and I'm sure they wouldnt be to hard to find, but he wanted me to do all the research for him before we started to tear into it.

The temp sensor for the cluster is in the rear head nearest the brake booster.
The oil pres sending unit is screwed into the block near the oil filter bracket.
