Since I dont like the feeling of having my amps in the way of people throwing crap into my trunk (and having loose subs flying around due to lack of resources), I was wondering how I would go about removing the front seats (both, as I have 2 amplifiers) and mounting amplifiers under them. Do I have to get under the car? where are the bolts? what size/type of wrenches/screwdrivers do I need?

well I have never taken the seats out of my vert but I did take them out of my 5sp hardtop I am sure it is the same.. There are plastic covers at the base of the seat near the floor, remove them and there will be a bolt under the covers... They are 15MM I think unbolt them from the 4 corners of the chair and they pull right out....
P.S.-The bolts could be rusted spray some PB Blaster will losin the bolt up.
