I just got a steal on a 87 z24 hatchback. I purchased it for $81 and it came with two engines.

well I got it ebay. the engine is out of it and it came with two engines and i have another two at the house. I also have a 87 z24 coupe. I am going to make one good car out of the two.
That's tzzight. My hatch cost me $25. They must be at a premium since i bought mine.

Right now it looks like i will probably use the hatchback for parts as a restore an 87 z24 coupe bought about 2 months ago. I use to have a 87 z24 coupewhen I was younger but I totaled it so now i want to have another one so i am going to biuld one this summer. So far I am still in the planning stage but I know i will be swaping out the transmission from the hatchback into the coupe so that i can have a manuel. Anyways keep your eyes open becasue I will be selling a lot of my extra parts this summer.
man ,dont due that, built the hatch ,in 87 there was less then 6000 unit built as z24 hatch and something like 45000 coupe
the hatch would be worth more and will be rare , my opinion only but this would be something to look in to
How much the car will be worth means notheing to me neither does how rare it is. It is a cavalier not a corvette. This project is for pure sentimental value. For all i know i may end up selling the hatchback body when i am done and someone else count redo a "rare" car.

value? well through it will never be worth 1000000$ but a car that is rare will ofter sell for more in the future

yeah i have seen the numbers before. I do not ever plan on selling the car so finding a buyer or having something that will sell faster is not that important. Anyways I am looking forward to beginning this project which will start in about two weeks.

Ok, I will keep everyone informed on my progress with the coupe and may eventually sell the hatch so keep your eyes open for it. I also will be selling various extra parts throughout the summer so let me know if you need any pieces off of an 87 z24.
Do you have a 30 mm front sway bar? If so how much for shipping to 10512?
