Sunbird
Cheaper than buying a new top...
The parts would be worth that. I would go for it if you have a place to put it.
Parts wise in Pauls particular situation - this donor is a N/A Auto. Not much under the hood there he can get much use out of for his Turbo 4 speed.
1st Gen Pontiac J-Bodies are getting very hard to come by, however, in any flavor!!
.
I can see some things you could sell me!!! Top looks rough around the back window.
Looks good, I probably would if it was closer to me
Yes.
• 86 Skyhawk wagon : 2.0SOHC swap, Megasquirt, 20SEH cam
• 93 Sunbird sedan : 2.0SOHC, Microsquirt, ported head, 10:1
• 88 Sunbird coupe : 2.0SOHC, turbo project car, giant tires
I was thinking picking it up for the top, window sweeps, and ac parts.
Clean doors (at least one good one) and I want to cut out the floorboard for a future repair on my sunbird if needed.
I don't need the engine or trans or much else. It sounds like the price is negotiable too...
I know somebody would want the console
Depending on the condition of the quarter panels, it may be worth it just for those as that might just be the most difficult thing to score if you ever need them.
I want the steering wheel and timing cover and power mirror switch. Maybe more.
I'd be up for some engine parts, especially the top end...

Maybe the A/C system is still intact on this one to rebuild on your Bird. I still have the parts off the 84 here if you should need something
.
It's down to $350.00!!!!!!!! or B.O.
I'll buy in for those pieces if the steering wheel is as good as it looks. Ill send you 100.00 for those things and the mirrors if you want to part it.
So did Paul make the score?
.
At that price a scrap guy might have scooped it. I'm sure the owner just wanted it gone.
