Think it's a Cavalier ?

Found this on the interweb and it looks a bit like a early to mid 90s Cav in a way.
What do you think ?

Not a big fan of the 4WD conversion, but I like the rest of it ~!

My guess would've been a Saturn L series type car from another country--like Holden or Opal.
