Hey there and welcome to the first gen board!! I would like to see some pics of that Z like already! I am ron and (aka the parts guy here).I have a driver and passenger set of of belt buckles BUT in grey. They are in good shape,no tears, cracks and the driver side has the wiring for the buckle light ground like OEM.The gm logo is solid, not beat up.Finding the tan might be kinda tough bc I have scoured the yards here and got buckles here lately for two other members. If your interested you could always paint them to match your interior. It is just vinyl and will take paint with proper prepping and tape off the areas not needing to be painted(the gm logo) and bolt.I do use paypal and not sure if I will be on here mon,tue bc I am getting ready to upgrade my computer and I maybe down for a couple days.I had a virus totally F@#$ havoc on my current pc(cleared) but,my old dell 2004 is sucking on memory even with a memory stick.Scroll down to my post on pull a part post showing stuff I have found and I can find stuff here in NC so far.Kick some pics up of your car on the post for show pics or here are good.Tired I am after driving 520 miles today(trk driver) and checking post.I use fedex ground and No bs here, straight forward good people on THIS board!Sorry for the book, but want to shed some light being I see u just signed up here!My car is on cardomain under ronsoldcav so you know I am not jerking you around, and def know the 1st gens.

Hey Ron,

Thanks for the response. Please let me know how much you want for the belts. Also, do you have a spare Chevy badge for the the LH side of the trunk and the LH front fender 2.8L badge? I'm a regular over at V6Z24 and they recommended I post here (and talk to you actually) about first gen parts. You have quite a reputation for knowing your first gens! My name on there is Chevy4x4grl. Good luck with your computer repairs! Here's a couple pics of my Z. I bought it a couple years ago for $800 and haven't had to do anything to it yet other than put a used EGR on it when I first purchased it.

Thanks

Yep it wouldn't pass smog due to high NOx so I got it super cheap. It's my 7th j-body and it's been good to me so far. I also have an '89 Jeep XJ (which I got for $1k) and my daily driver which is an '04 Civic Si. I used to be a GM fanatic but I've branched out a bit over the years haha

Sounds like you know your mechanicals :-) I also had an XJ ...95 , I think it was. Really nice shape from a sold by local dealer too. Didn't drive it much or keep it long, after I averaged only 11 MPG with it. Couldn't believe such a small vehicle could gulp so much fuel. :-O Makes ya think when you go 50 miles out, come back home and it cost ya 35 - 40 bucks....but man, that thing could go anywhere!!

Hello Ron,

I suppose grey would be the easiest to paint so if they're in good shape I'll take those as well as the emblems. Good luck with your computer issues!

Nice choice and on my brand NEW compute key board is super weird..I have pics and stuff and have yet to download to my photo bucket.Having some drama with changing pic size and stuff and may just plop the whole pic of ALL the kick azz stuff I got the last two days! The buckles are solid and the emblems I got are red lettered,I assume that is what may be on your ride?I have the 2.8l emblem and trunk in RED.I will try dropping pics friday or sat on my finds. Not sure I can do close ups yet.Still learning this NEW system and key board is so wierd times ten..

Mia I have a pic not super close up with the blue and black buckles the grey are solid no damage and got the 2.8l that goes on the fender that is red and the logo on the trunk in red(faded out some) but you could touch it up.Price for driver and pass side buckles (grey) 10.00 emblems if you like the pic I may try a super close up later say 2.00 for both.Shpg cost Idk just PM me with your address so I can double check so I do not misquote or cut my cost and lose out money wise.On your address I assume this will be your home and you can just say HOME bc fedex ground will need to know this.I am ballparking 12-13to CA.Worked today 522 miles of trucking so wearing dowwwwwnnn. We can work out the pay details via PM here and I do use paypal.Ok
