Ah, the replacement bumper painted, installed

thanks to help from this board! IIRC. PaulZ hooked us up w/ the '86 vert parting out in Rhode Island? Got the front bumper cover to replace mine that was cracked and poorly repaired on the RF corner. Before and after.

The body shop pointed out that there S/B a 1/4" body color stripe in the indentation that goes all around the Z24 lower body fender pieces- apparently this was painted out in a so-so repaint the car underwent w/ the prior owner. So, the front has the stripe but not the rest of the car (jeez, the shop couldda called me on the phone to discuss). Well, looks better now!

Nice!

Thats funny - I got the same line that I was supposed to have a pinstripe ex-post facto from the body shop. I left mine off and lived

If you wanted to there is some red pin striping tape available to maybe fit in that groove. My cav has that red stripe as well.Just check advance or auto zone or napa they tend to carry stuff like that. The only kicker is it might not be wide enuff just depends but I am thinking that make some about 1/4 or so in width.Bumper still looks nice
