staten island is like a hour and a half drive.
from philly im a hour and some change outside of philly. i member when i lived in allentown it was like 2-3 hours to get to Manhattan. if its only a hour and a half i should just drive.
your in coatesville, which way do you take to philly? i know people in lancaster that can make it to philly in less than an hour. i drove from my work in kennett sqaure to manhatten for a job site and it took me just about 2 hours.
i take 95 which is prob the worst way to take but i hear rt 1 takes you there quickly but damn that aint bad.
or you can just take the jersey turnpike which brings you right up there lol. either way though depending on the price of the filler plate, like brad said you can order them from gm pretty cheap. after gas and all it may work out to the same price and you could save a trip.
if you do go up there though, you can buy the rest of bubbas parts too.
im actually planing on trading the header i have for that plus some cash hopefully the deal doesnt fall through so it can be a win win situation.

Just went today to a local chevy dealership, they didnt have one but gave me a list of other dealerships that have it,includeing how many they have in instock,phone numbers and locations..
i called one dealership so far and they want 93.00 for a piece of plastic..wtf..lol.
just made the deal the header is gonna get shipped out and the filler plate is on its way to me thanks to everyone who helped me out here and thanks for the advice guys.
