I live in cleveland ohio, and looking for someone with HP tuners who might be willing to help me tune my car. Does anyone personally have HPT? or anyone know of a shop around that has it?

or if no one has one around here.... is there anyone here who would be interested in some tuning if i were to buy one? or anyone who might want to split one with me?
