I'm about 2 - 2 1/2 hours South of Holiday Valley on Rte 219 if you want to do yours. Ebay sells Viper 160XV's for $60-100, and the 555L security module is around $25 (which I have a new one at the house here). Just a thought.

i already have an alarm remote start combo on mine. but for people not electronically inclined and strapped for cash it could be a really good deal and a great learning experience.
Wanna do a viper 791 alarm system on my tbss? Ive had the alarm sitting in the box for about 2 years now and never did anything with it. Too bad your on the other side of the state...

especially with the door lock module one wire door locks FTW
Some of the modules they're coming out with are saving a ton of time. No more resistors/relay packs/chewing gum with tinfoil anymore. Just a module, splice, and voila.

hey Mennitti off subject but do you know any good paint shops around the area? i live in curwensville not to far from you. i use to see ur car all the time in dubois.
Actually I've been inside Predator Performance and seen some of the work they do which is top notch and magazine worthey. But....I heard the main guy from California left and they are out sourcing now for certain work. Cataldo's in Dubois has done a good job for me in the past but they are a little pricey. I can definately say avoid Brian Smith Autobody in Punxsy; I've been there twice, and twice they have put runs in my car and even clear coated over top of masking tape residue and refused to fix it.

I would say I've installed prob 60+ r/s alarm combos in all kinds of vehicles... I'm actually installing a combo unit in my 99z24 beater this weekend..
