does anyone know how to fiberglass in maryland?
ive read all the forums and it looks too challenging.
i would like my doors,dash, and center console to be done.
let me know if u would like too.
give me and estimate on how much it would cost including labor.

if you're referring to having the smooth "glass like" look , then you dont need fiberglass, you just need to sand smooth

yes, will still look the same...its not the "fiberglass" that gives it that look, its the sanding smooth

why do so many people fiberglass the inside of the cars?
i kno the obvious custom look from stock but it looks the same like color n shiny wise
The reason ppl fiberglass is for custom applications. The Dashboard you will have to fiberglass if you want a smooth look. If you want speaker pods in your door youll need to fiberglass..
If you just want a smooth look on some items you could just sand em down and paint. as long as theres no vinyl on the item

also remember too if your fiberglassing your dash pad you need to drill lots of holes in it after you peel off the vinyl. this way the resin can seep thru and cure to the backside also
