well today on way home from dad's i went to pass a log truck he was doing about 40... i brougth the car to about 60 and all of a sudden the car's rpms jumped into about the 7k range then instantly dropped back to like 2k and then alll i hear is thump thump thump.. anyways to make a long story short.. I am looking either for a cheap ass car or a engine or a
parts car with a engine... let me kno!

my pops wants say fck it and get a 2.2 and junk this car.. but sucks cause of the new mounts waterpump fuel pump etc i jsut put in the bitch..

Just get a new motor. Id prolly stay with a quad 4 since they are all over the place, but not so much with ecotecs.
I actualy kinda like when sh** breaks cause it gives a reason to upgrade parts haha...if youve got the money which I never do
well it looks like it is going to be better if i just part the car and look at a new one after the quotes i been getting today... and not really having any place to put the car to do the engine... so anywho here it goes... car as whole with title for sale make me a offer.. or if ya want parts let me know :/ only thing wrong is the lower engine knock.. babied it home and now jsut sits.. car has new mounts for tranny and engine new waterpump with about 150 miles on it. new fuel pump with about 9k on it... and under the hood looks like new i kept good upkeep on the car

How many miles are on the motor? Im looking for a 2.4 tps and iac in good condition. Also what are you doing with the wheels? I want a set of 95-99 z wheels.

131k on the motor and tranny car had alot of @!#$ done.. i have about almost 5k invested into this car over past 8 months.. and if someone dont want the whole thing yeah i will sellw hatever you want off of it..
the car also sports kyb agx's pro kit springs with the 1.5 drop :/

stock other than lowered...
as for new parts put in
all engine mounts
tranny mount
water pump
timing chain and gears etc
fuel pump
new strut mounths
and then it has my lowering kit that has followed me from my last J i had that i sold

Well yet another fun twist to my hell i call my life. I got denied for a loan and my dad just got a new job and my mom in GA has 3 card and a motorcycle she has a loan on so i am official SOL.. so here comes the question of the year they said they would help me with a engine (and i think i may replace the tranny as well since it seems to be the mastermind behind the rod knock) so I am in need of anyone that may have a 2.4 or a auto tranny if nto even that maybe someoen that would like to donate some time to a fellow member down on his luck.. I dunno what i am gonna do it is costing me 100$ a week to get to work and back when not even a week ago when my car was running it was 30$ so I am losing it here and dunno what to do.
