best way to ship a bumper

Does anyone on here have an idea how to ship a bumper? If I can find a reasonable rate to ship my bumpers I will, but if it is going to be a huge amount, I am just trashing them. Any ideas?

Let me know!

UPS give good shipping quotes usually. You can ship two ways. One in a box which UPS considers Frieght which is very bad on the pocket. The other is wrapping the bumper in bubblewrap then use cello wrap to wrap over that tape and your done, and UPS doesnt count it as frieght since its not a large box Thats the way I get around the crazy shipping prices they give for frieght. Ill take pics of how it the bumper looks wrapped up since I have a set of bumpers Im sending Boosted.

JBO lube - they would never have enough in stock and we'd never see RodimusPrime again

Hey thanks. I have my bumpers for sale and I don't want to have a huge shipping bill and the bumper is like $50. Nobody wants to pay alot of shipping.

its called local pick up only. if they live far make them drive, if not trash them. your not going to be able to ship a bumper for less than 50 bucks.

heres 2 different CHEAP ways to ship large freight that a lot of people dont know about. first is Greyhound, the bus company. A lot of people dont realize that they ship stuff, but they do have a max size. My friend shipped his corvette hood OVERNIGHT from pittsburgh to chicago for $25 !!! The only disadvantage is you have to drop it off at a bus station, and the receiving end has to do the same. When I shipped my carbon fiber hood from California to Pittsburgh, Greyhound said it was to big, so I went with American Freight Companies. They sell extra space on multiple truck lines to get you the best rate. Fed Ex would have shipped my hood for $700, American Freight shipped it for under $150. Hope this helps.

oh, and if anyone is interested, the web site for American Freight is www.freightcenter.com and they give you your own personal rep to deal with all the bull sh*t.
